Party Giant covers West London and surrounding boroughs, but we do travel further depending on the size and nature of the booking. A travel fee may apply outside our local area.

Absolutely. All of our balloon displays are bespoke, meaning we tailor everything to your chosen colour scheme, theme, and event type. From gender reveals to corporate launches – no two setups are the same!
Our party styling service includes full setup and styling of balloons, props, backdrops, table decor, and more. We handle the creative direction and logistics, so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
Yes, you can hire our props and backdrops separately. We have a wide selection, including flower walls, shimmer walls, plinths, cake stands, and more. Please note, a minimum hire fee applies.
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event. In some cases, we can reschedule your booking subject to availability.
Indoor balloon garlands can last up to a week or more, depending on room temperature and setup. Outdoor displays may last 24–48 hours due to weather exposure. We always use high-quality balloons to maximise longevity.
Yes, depending on availability. For last-minute bookings, we recommend calling or messaging us directly for urgent balloon decor or styling needs.
