Morning Prep
Our day begins early at Party Giant HQ with a team huddle, reviewing the event schedule and checking all custom colour requests.
Design & Build
We prep props, load vans, and start inflating balloons using precision colour matching. Every garland is pre-assembled in sections to speed up on-site setup.
On-Site Execution
Once we arrive at the venue, it’s all hands on deck. We install arches, hang garlands, dress plinths, and finesse every detail before your guests arrive.
Content Capture
We take photos and videos for social media and client approval. Our content is a big part of how we inspire future clients and showcase our creative flair.
End-of-Day Breakdown
After the party, we return to collect hired items, clean down, and reflect on another fabulous event.
